HRBP CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
A minimum of 1 year of professional-level experience in an HR position with a master’s degree or global equivalent, OR
A minimum of 2 years of professional-level experience in an HR position with a bachelor’s degree or global equivalent,
A minimum of 4 years of professional-level experience in an HR position with less than a bachelor’s degree or global equivalent
The HRBP is only available only to candidates outside of the United States.
Th examination is computer based and consists of 170 questions. Only 145 are scored on the exam while the remaining 25 are pre-test questions. The duration of the exam is 3 hours,15 minutes.
